Deanna Manigo is president of BPW/North Sarasota.  She has been a member of our local organization for over 30 years and has served in various capacities including vice president, membership chair and on numerous committees. Dee currently works as a companion aid with a local senior care facility. She assists families with their day-to-day living activities which include doing laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, reminding them of appointments and medication and just being available to have a conversation with them. She has worked in this capacity for the past seven years. She previously worked at Children First Head Start Program for 23 years, starting as a pre-school teacher and ending her career as a family advocate.
